The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has started the online application process for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2027 for admission to Class 6 in the 2027–28 academic session.
Important Dates:
Online Application Starts: 7 July 2026
Last Date to Apply: 31 July 2026
JNVST Exam Date: 28 November 2026 (Saturday, 11:30 AM)
Expected Result: March 2027
Eligibility:
Student must be studying in Class 5 during the 2026–27 session.
The student should apply for the JNV located in the district where they are studying Class 5.
Doccument Required:
Student's recent passport-size photograph (JPG/JPEG)
Student's signature (JPG/JPEG)
Parent/Guardian's signature (JPG/JPEG)
Aadhaar Card or Residence Certificate
Birth Certificate (proof of date of birth)
Class 5 study certificate from the school/Headmaster
Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable
Disability Certificate, if applicable
Rural Area Certificate (only if applying under the rural quota)
